Orders

We process and ship all orders within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Order processing typically takes 2–3 business days. During holidays or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer, but we do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After an order has shipped, we're unable to make changes—but you may be able to return eligible items according to our return policy.

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:

  1. Check your tracking link for any carrier updates.
  2. Look around your property or with neighbors in case it was left in a safe spot.

If you still can't locate it, email us at support@petramax.com and we'll help track it down or initiate a claim with the carrier.

We're sorry that happened. If anything in your order arrives missing, damaged, or leaking, please contact us at support@petramax.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will work with you to replace the product as quickly as possible.

We accept most major credit and debit cards. Additional payment options (such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal) may be available at checkout depending on your device and location.

Returns & Exchanges

PetraMax sprayers are eligible for free returns and a full refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are in good condition.

All other chemicals and solutions (such as glues, dyes, paints, and fertilizers) are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time, due to shipping and safety regulations.

If your product arrived damaged or defective, please reach out to support@petramax.com so we can make it right.

No. At this time, chemicals and liquid solutions cannot be returned if you simply change your mind. This helps us maintain safety and quality standards for all customers.

If there is a problem with your order (for example, a damaged or incorrect item), please contact us and we'll help you with a replacement.

If you received the wrong item, email support@petramax.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll send the correct product or provide a solution as quickly as possible.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse, using trusted carrier partners.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may be longer during holidays or peak seasons, but your tracking link will always show the latest updates.

Not at this time. We currently ship to the continental United States only and do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories.

When your order ships, you'll automatically receive an email with your tracking number and link. You can click that link at any time to see your package's latest status and estimated delivery date.
