Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Times

After your order has shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier delays beyond our control. Your tracking link will always show the most up-to-date status of your shipment.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship to the continental United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to U.S. territories (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam).

We're working on expanding our shipping coverage. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we ship to additional locations.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse using trusted carrier partners including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used will depend on the size and weight of your order as well as your delivery location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this link at any time to check the status of your delivery and estimated arrival date.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Free shipping promotions may be available on qualifying orders—check our website for current offers.

Delivery Issues

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check around your property and with neighbors. Carriers sometimes leave packages in safe spots.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@petramax.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or file a claim on your behalf.
