Warranty

1. Limited Warranty

PetraMax warrants to the original purchaser that all PetraMax™ branded products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase. No registration is required.

This warranty means the product you receive will conform to its published specifications and product label description. If the product is defective due to a manufacturing error, PetraMax will make it right as described below.

2. Covered Products

This warranty applies to all PetraMax branded products, including but not limited to:

• Rock Glue Max (Concentrated and Ready-to-Use)
• Mulch Glue Max (Concentrated and Ready-to-Use)
• Grass Paint Max
• Black Mulch Dye Max
• Brown Mulch Dye Max
• Liquid Fertilizer (16-4-8)
• Liquid Nitrogen
• Neighbor's Envy

3. What Is Covered

Manufacturing defects that cause the product to fail to perform its intended function when used in accordance with the product label instructions, application guidelines, and any other written instructions provided by PetraMax.

4. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage from improper use, misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow product label instructions or application guidelines
• Use on surfaces, substrates, or in conditions not specified or recommended on the product label
• Use beyond the printed expiration date or shelf life
• Damage from improper storage, including exposure to temperatures outside the range specified on the product label
• Normal wear and tear, aging, or gradual degradation over time
• Unauthorized modifications or alterations to the product
• Damage from accidents, natural disasters, acts of God, or events beyond PetraMax's control
• Use in combination with chemicals, solvents, or materials not recommended by PetraMax
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
• Cosmetic issues that do not affect product performance
• Labor costs, application costs, removal costs, or reapplication costs
• Property damage of any kind
• Consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost time, business interruption, personal injury, or medical expenses
• Cost of inspections, testing, or expert evaluation

5. Remedy

If a valid warranty claim is approved, PetraMax will, at its option:

• Replace the defective product (subject to current product availability), or
• Refund the original purchase price paid for the defective product

PetraMax's total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product that is the subject of the claim.

6. Who Is Covered

This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or equivalent) is required for all warranty claims.

7. How to File a Warranty Claim

When submitting a claim, provide:

• Order number or proof of purchase
• Clear photographs showing the defect or issue
• Product name and batch/lot number (if printed on the product)
• Detailed description of the defect and when it was discovered

Delivery damage must be reported within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Claims will be reviewed within 5–15 business days. Do not return products without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from PetraMax.

8. Authorized Retailers

This warranty is valid only for products purchased from PetraMax or authorized PetraMax retailers, including:

• PetraMax official website (petramax.com)
• PetraMax Amazon storefront
• PetraMax Walmart storefront
• PetraMax TikTok Shop

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered.

9. Implied Warranties

Any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to six (6) months from the date of purchase. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall PetraMax be liable for consequential, incidental, special, indirect, or punitive damages, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, lost profits, lost time, removal costs, reapplication costs, or any other damages beyond product replacement or refund as specified above. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from this warranty shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

12. Your Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
