Mulch Glue Max Ready-to-Use Coverage Kits give you the right amount of glue for the size of your beds, with no mixing at all. Choose the square footage you need to cover, and the kit includes enough Ready-to-Use jugs for a full three-coat application across the whole area.
Mulch Glue Max locks mulch, bark, pine straw, wood chips, sand, and small pebbles in place for 12+ months. It dries completely clear and stays 100% water-permeable, so rain and irrigation drain straight through to the roots instead of pooling on top. The bond stays flexible, so it holds through wind, heavy rain, and freeze-thaw without cracking.
Easy to apply: shake the jug and pour it straight into your sprayer. Each Ready-to-Use jug covers up to 50 sq ft with three coats, half the coverage of Concentrated, so kits include twice the jugs for the same area. Spray three even coats over dry mulch and keep the area dry for 24 to 36 hours while it cures. Zero VOCs, zero PFAS, and safe for pets, kids, and plants once cured.

Clean Your Mulch Bed. Make sure mulch is dry
Step 2
Spray three coats. Use the included pump sprayer with a cone or flat nozzle. Let dry 2–4 hours between coats. About 20 minutes total.
Step 3
Cure & Enjoy Keep dry for 24–36 hours. Then walk on it, play on it, let the dogs run on it. Your rock isn't going anywhere.

Yes. Mulch Glue Max penetrates between mulch pieces and bonds them from the inside out. Three coats create a hold that stands up to rain, wind, washout, and regular yard use without shifting.
How long does it last?
Up to 12+ months per application. In areas with heavy rain, strong sun, or steep slopes, a light touch-up coat may be needed sooner to maintain full locking strength.
Does it dry clear?
Yes, completely clear. It looks slightly milky during application so you can track coverage, then dries within 24 hours leaving a soft, natural shine with no film or residue.
Is it water-permeable, and will it affect drainage?
It creates a flexible bond, not a solid seal. Rain, irrigation, and runoff pass straight through to the roots and soil below with zero pooling or drainage problems.

How long does it take to dry?
