Description

Why Builders Finish With Rock Glue Max

A blurry, light-brown dog runs in a circle on a lawn around a stone fire pit.

Bonds Down Into the Joints.

Joint stone thinning out is what makes a DIY patio look DIY. Rock Glue Max bonds deep into narrow joints and firepit borders, so they stay full, even when someone drags a chair across them.

Invisible Finish. No Color Change. No Shine.

The number one builder question: will it change how my stone looks? No. No residue, no gloss, no film. The hardscape keeps its finished look, the bond just disappears.

Stays Flexible. Never Goes Brittle.

This is not concrete. The flexible mesh handles chairs, foot traffic, and small wheels without cracking, and lets every downpour drain straight through. It locks the stone without turning your hardscape into a slab.

Made in the USA. Lab Tested.

It’s a family-owned American business based in Carlisle with responsive US-based customer support.

THE WHOLE JOB TAKES 20 MINUTES.

Clean it. Spray it. Forget it. That's the whole process.

Step 1

Prep the Surface.

Set your stone how you want it. Dry surface, no leaves, no debris.

Step 2

Mix & Spray Two Coats.

Concentrated? Mix 2 parts water to 1 part glue. Pour into the free rock sprayer. One even coat, light rake, second coat.

Step 3

Cure & Step Back.

Cure & Step Back. Keep dry 12–36 hours. Then put the furniture back, drag the chairs, host the fire pit night. It stays the way you built it.

Won over continued future customer.

Great product. I wish i would have learned about it years ago. I have a 60 ft pea gravel path on the side of my house. It is not used very often. When it was used rocks would kick into my mulch running on both sides. When I used my blower to clean the path gravel kicked into the mulch.
After using the rock glue (several coats) the path is more beautiful then ever. It is solid and holding up just fine. I have my doubts it will make it through one Utah winter. Time will tell! Either way I will continue to apply the rock glue each year.
Application was easy, and directions good. I look on YouTube for a few videos for pointers.
It was tedious to prep the path cleaning and making it level. The tamper and a concrete rake worked great to even the rock and solidify the glue to each space. I used 3 coats to get the surface I wanted.
I purchased some mulch glue after using the rock glue, and it is just as good of a product.

I have a lot of rock beds covered in 1/2 gravel

I have a lot of rock beds covered in 1/2 gravel. I’ve been fighting it for several years. Found this product and thought I would give it a try. Followed the instructions and used the provided sprayer to apply. I used 3.5 gallons total and applied 2 coats per the manufacturer. I live in South Florida so finding a few summer days without rain can be a challenge. Had a good weather window and applied as instructed. Sprayer worked great and the glue went down nicely. Waited 2 days and sure enough the gravel Is tight and bonded very well. I can now use a leaf blower without scattering rock all over the place. It’s only been down a week but so far, so good.

The rock glue is great, I like the easy way it applies .

EVERY CONCERN ANSWERED

Will it darken my gravel or make it look shiny?

No. Once cured, the bond is invisible — no gloss, no residue, no texture change.
